We will also perform a CMA or Comparative Market Analysis. This technique is beneficial to determine what price to list your home or what price to offer for a home you would like to purchase. To perform a CMA, we will research comparable properties in the area of the interested property, including properties that have sold and closed, properties currently for sale, properties that have sold but not yet closed and properties that did not sell during the listing period.
